Job Description
Responsibilities Participate in creating and implementing new onboarding programs Coordinate new hire guide and associated training
Maintain communication with and support for new hires Manage schedule for new hire training sessions Work with departments to determine job family training needs Drive utilization of Learning Management Systems and E-Learning Systems Manage user rights assignment to maintain proper system security Review eLearning courses and other training content; recommend improvements or new programs Evaluate innovative training content delivery methods Create Training Decks and Job Aides Use Articulate Develop Proficiency Pop Quizzes (PPQs) Develop Kahoot Quizzes Leverage internal programs
Requirements and Skills: 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources Learning & Development or a related environment Project Management skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail Articulate Microsoft Office Suite Human Resources Information Systems Learning Management Systems Adobe
Education: Bachelors Degree
