Job Description

The Office Services Clerk will be responsible for the day to day office functions that pertain to the office services administrative duties and provide reception coverage when necessary. We are looking for a high-energy, individual who has a great attitude and is willing to take initiative to ensure the job gets done. Scheduled hours will be between 12:00pm to 8:00pm but applicants should have a flexible schedule. Is this the opportunity for you? Please see below for more information!

Your Office Services Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Back up for Reception when necessary.
  • Ordering and Stocking Office Supplies
  • Coordinating Courier runs.
  • Copying, Scanning, Printing and Preparing Binders.
  • Sort and deliver incoming as well as outgoing Mail, FedEx, UPS.
  • Closing Files.
  • Assisting with New Hires.
  • Support Facilities, IT as well as the Hospitality Departments.
  • Travel to the New Jersey Office once a week.

The expected salary range for this position is between $47,000 and $60,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
