Spend your days:

  • Managing and organizing the day-to-day operations of our firm, ensuring all the pieces and parts are working together
  • Jumping in wherever you can to enhance the overall productivity of the organization as we grow!
  • Taking a leadership role in HR compliance and employee onboarding - coordinating with our payroll and benefits partner
  • Enhancing the productivity of senior leadership – handling calendars, agendas, and special projects as needed
  • Driving process development and documentation, including maintaining Hubspot, developing content for our newsletter and assisting with AR and AP
  • Anticipating the needs of the team, listening for potential obstacles, and making sure everyone has the tools/information to get their jobs done
  • Handling phone calls, correspondence, and electronic file management – usual office stuff


What you'll bring with you:

  • Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
  • A growth mindset – proactive, forward thinking and focused on enhancing automation wherever possible
  • BS/BA in a business discipline and at least 4 years of professional experience handling operations for a small company or high growth startup
  • Superior command of MS Office, Teams, Google, CRMs and other office productivity apps
  • Experience with QuickBooks and payroll platforms
  • Strong communications skills – comfortable getting your message across in a virtual world
  • Passionate about technology and the future of energy
  • Exceptional organizational skills – you consistently anticipate what's happening next and always have a backup plan

  • Salary $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
