Position Summary: This position is responsible for the supervision of the administrative staff of the Facilities Design + Construction Department. The Office Manager will develop and implement office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations and supervise officestaff. The Office Manager will facilitate information exchange between service center and project management groups, otherdepartments, vendors, contractors, and outside agencies. The Office Manager will also support the department's Directors with staff support functions, such as payroll, recruiting, on-boarding, etc. and other responsibilities and special projects.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. TEMP ONLY.

Location: 1812 Ashland Avenue, 4th Floor, Suite 400, Baltimore, MD - FULLY ON-SITE

Pay: $33.60/hour

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of office and Health System administrative and budgeting procedures/policies and ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Thorough understanding of support staff positions with the
ability to perform job functions. Functional knowledge of projectmanagement, facilities design process, construction processand methods, and procurement. Knowledge of budget verification andanalysis, spreadsheets and data base management. Thorough knowledge of business terminology.

  • Ordering supplies
  • Managing Admin coordinators

Qualifications

  • Analytical ability to interpret data and policies.
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Skilled in standard processing, spreadsheet, graphic, presentation and database software
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • SAP, Microsoft Office programs including excel, word, outlook, teams etc, PMWEb, Docusign
