Job Description

Our growing and profitable business has an excellent opportunity for a part-time accountant/office manager.We are immediately hiring a team player who possesses a high level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and work ethic. This position demands a multi-tasker who functions at a quick and accurate pace.

General Duties:

·Accounts Receivable including invoicing, lien submittals, excellent customer service to all client inquiries

·Accounts Payable with job cost tracking

·Payroll processing and HR research

·Monthly financial statements with adjusting journal entries

·Cost accounting, monthly WIP with job performance analysis

·Preparation and timely delivery of all project documentation

·Insurance renewals and audits

·Reconciliations of bank accounts, G/L accounts and credit cards

·Research items and information as requested by management


Requirements:

·3 to 5 years of related experience; construction industry preferred

·Complete fluency in QuickBooks

·Skilled in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook

·Strong written and oral English skills

·Able to work with minimal supervision

·Enthusiastic, helpful and positive approach to your work
