- Coordinate the hiring process for new employees and assist with HR duties
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Assist with preparation of all required Box Office reports
- Provide general administrative support under direction from the General Manager, Directors, and Managers
- Assist with various event related duties
- Consistent and reliable attention to detail, accuracy and validity
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Responsible for balancing box office revenue and preparation of daily sales reports.
- Responsible for compiling and recording daily Box Office Sales and weekly receipts
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of team and with all levels of management
- Perform general administrative functions including mail distribution, photocopying, filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner
- Strong customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Accounts Receivable data entry, invoice preparation, and cash receipts processing
- Assist with basic payroll functions and reporting
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Communicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writing
- Accounts Payable data entry, reconciliation, and check printing
- Previous office management or executive support experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict levels of confidentiality, discretion and ethics
- Assist Box Office with selling tickets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
