Job Description
What to Expect

Tesla Motors is looking for a Regional Network Manager to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting all aspects of its Approved Collision Center Program. This position has the potential of being remote, living within your region is not a requirement but a plus. In person visits to our Tesla Approved Collision Centers is a must. If you are interested in becoming a part of a world class service team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Advocate on behalf of Tesla customers to expedite the collision repair and return the vehicle to its originally engineered state of safety, performance, and aesthetics in the most economical manner
  • Manage the performance of Tesla Approved Collision Centers in your region
  • Identify new markets in need of Tesla Approved Collision Centers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Maintains compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
  • Perform root cause analysis on repair delays
  • Travel – In person visits to Tesla Approved Collision Centers within your region
  • Rapid communication to all partners internal and external is a must
  • Continue to grow and expand the Tesla Approved Collision Center network to scale with vehicle growth across North America
  • Locate and onboard high quality body shops in our markets of need
  • Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality
  • Identifies areas of opportunity of internal/external processes and interacts cross functionally with departments to work toward continuous improvements. This includes standardizing processes/procedures, improve resource management, and developing operational Key Performance Indicators and reporting
What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, and work with multiple levels of the organization from senior management to external contractors.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational and change management skills
  • Regional management experience is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction
  • Superior communication skills, written and oral - Spanish speaking preferred
  • Superior computer skills and ability to work with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to a maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills; attention to detail
  • 3+ years of Body shop Estimating/Management, or 5+ years of insurance auto appraisal, automotive claims administration experience
  • Understanding of body shop tooling and operations
