The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

• Interact with photographers, stylists, and models for production and reuse needs
• Coordinate with stores to fulfill signage requests
• Upload, organize and tag assets with metadata in the digital asset management system
• Monitor and maintain project status and informational data within the project management workflow tool
• Other projects as assigned
• Support studio supervisor with operations as needed for our internal TJX Photography Studio
• Assist with store walk-throughs and grand openings
• Manage new vendor set-up and process invoices
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Manage users and access requests for business solutions
• Purchase stock photography requested by creative teams
• Develop strong relationships with outside agencies while researching new talent and models for the creative teams
• Track print spend by vendor using PowerBI reports

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• 1-3 years of full-time experience in a similar support role
• Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relations or equivalent work experience required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrates ability to work in the gray
• Working knowledge of Adobe CC apps and services
• Exhibits strong attention to detail and superior organization
• Agile and quick learner that enjoys continuous education
• Readily accepts new responsibilities and adapts well to changes in procedures
• Ability to manage oneself and prioritize multiple projects with changing demands
• Active listener and ability to follow instructions
• Works independently and holds themselves accountable for deliverables
• Solid relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with team members
• Ability to track and follow-up on all open items until resolved
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills
