Description:

The Corporate Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, fun and productive workplace environment for the Frisco, TX office. The coordinator oversees regular events and daily operations, including proactive and reactive maintenance as well as managing vendor and contractor coordination. This position is an onsite role based in Frisco, TX.


Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Developing a relationship with vendors and local teams, in addition to contributing to the development and success of CRE by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities.
  • Collaborating closely with the facilities service providers, including hospitality, maintenance, cleaning and vending to ensure the overall service is of the highest standard.
  • Raising purchase orders and receipt invoices on Equinix financial systems COUPA
  • Ensure that office health and safety standards are met.
  • Front of house reception, meet and greet both employees and visitors.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest level by providing a high-quality and proactive.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination to larger department/business unit events.
  • Assist in ensuring that the PPM program and reactive maintenance schedule at met.
  • Ensuring that complaints are dealt with efficiently and communicated accordingly.
  • Weekly lunch and monthly event planning and coordination.
  • Provide effective and accurate verbal and written communication to the business.
  • Carry out monthly GRA (General Risks assessments), documenting and resolving all issues raised.
  • Assist with sustainability initiatives.
  • Meeting room set up and mailroom duties.
  • Performing other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line management.


Qualifications:

  • You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office and have experience in hospitality or facilities management, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Similar experience (5+ years) gained within a corporate office environment. Excellent customer service skills, well organized and the ability to work well as part of a team. Understanding of safety regulations in an office environment.
