Job Description
This Office Admin position involves front desk and customer service responsibilities. You are responsible for the day-to-day and long-term campground guests, which includes, but is not limited to, reservations, inquiries, check-ins and checkouts, and provide exceptional customer service. They also ensure that guests’ needs are tended to in an efficient and professional manner. Additionally, you may be responsible for aiding in staff hiring & training, office scheduling, maintaining office organization & cleanliness, answering phones & email inquiries, and monitoring budget according to the General Manager. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to think on your feet and think critically.
