Job Description

Position Summary:

Serves as a leader, mentor, and role model to facilitate the design and implementation of nursing research activities and engage nurses in clinical inquiry that supports UTMC and Nursing Division goals. Ensures compliance with all Magnet Program requirements related to nursing research and evidence-based nursing practice. Builds and strengthens local academic partnerships to advance nursing practice.


Position Qualification:

Doctorate Preferred

Master's degree in Nursing Required

10 years of experience in professional organization
