Nurse Manager Jobs

The Nurse Manager provides Outpatient Cancer and Infusion Clinics with clinical patient care leadership, thus ultimate quality care in the management of patients throughout their continuum of care. This position requires an experienced, proficient registered nurse, who has demonstrated proficiency in upholding and maintaining department philosophy, policies, and standards of patient care. The nurse manager maintains accountability for department staff activities with continual communication with staff and all members of the healthcare team ensuing optimal quality care. Working with the Executive Director and the infusion Medical Director, the nurse manager works to enhance program visibility within the various local communities, evaluates inpatient program design and outcomes, and promotes a positive community image.
