Department Overview:Function/Duties of Position:

• Build patient satisfaction and experience from a nursing perspective.
• Exciting RN leadership opportunity to develop a new innovative department from the ground up!
• Visible, important role in the Connected Care Center Leadership Team to establish goals, priorities and performance standards for RNs.
• Opportunity to influencing the RNs’ scope of practice to the highest level in a Magnet designated, academia hospital.
• This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home and on-site. Hours may be flexed according to the needs of the department.

Required Qualifications:

• AHA BLS
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with starting a relevant master’s program in 2 years and completed within 5 years of hire.
• A strong and reliable internet and a private, secure and quiet home office is a requirement.
• 5 years of clinical experience, 2 years of direct patient customer service, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing clinic or call center work flows.
• National Certification with achievement of NE-BC within 3 years of hire
• Active member of a National Nursing Professional Organization
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
