Of Woodland Park, NJ Is Seeking To Hire And Train Full-time Care Manager Support Specialists Who Are

Committed to doing whatever it takes to support children with behavioral challenges and their families

Use the Wraparound Model to form a Child-Family Team

Coordinate both formal and informal supports

Utilize family vision, crisis plans, strengths & needs assessments, and care plans

Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Advanced Analytics and Data Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or other relevant degree area

Strong knowledge of latest generation analytics tools and capabilities, including AI/Machine Learning technologies

Educate organizational stakeholders on analytical capabilities and concepts.

Develop new analytical capabilities and tools in coordination with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.

Proficient in advanced SQL skills including advanced analytic functionality.

Experience with the following technologies: Cloud platforms like AWS Redshift & Azure, Tableau, Power BI, Python

Administering oral, rectal, vaginal, optic, ophthalmic, nasal, topical, and insulin injection medications, under professional supervision, and after certification by facility officials.

Must be 18 years old. One or more years of work experience or self-employment.

Knowledge of elementary behavior medication techniques, medical terminology, and drug classifications. Ability to prepare and maintain records, charts and reports.

1-2 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).

Scheduling/Supervising as required in the absence of the Supervising Support Care Assistant.

Providing direction and assistance through counseling sessions with staff.

· Exercise good judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties.

Support Care Assistant - SEMORS - Sikeston

Scheduled Hours: Various - Various

Percent Travel Required: 0 - 10 %

Assist in developing consumer skills related to self-help, play, education, muscular development, and socialization

Provide basic health care for our consumers; from guidance to total care

Prepare and maintain records and reports

Build patient satisfaction and experience from a nursing perspective.

5 years of clinical experience, 2 years of direct patient customer service, and 2 years of supervisory experience.

A strong and reliable internet and a private, secure and quiet home office is a requirement.

Previous experience managing clinic or call center work flows.

National Certification with achievement of NE-BC within 3 years of hire

Engage patients in outpatient setting and provide harm reduction education and overdose prevention education to patients

Exhibit good stress reduction skills and strive to encourage an environment that minimizes the stress level as much as possible.

Use effective conflict resolution skills to resolve issues between guests, patients, and staff
