We are currently seeking highly motivated hospitality professionals for the position of Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team.

for Our Front Desk Agents:

  • Verifying and processing credit card payment information;
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues;
  • Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome;
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system;
  • Answering telephones and field guest complaints;

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Hotel experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
  • Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
  • Ability to work with all types of people.
  • Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The exposure to hazards or physical risks requires following basic safety precautions and use of applicable protective equipment.
