Neurodiagnostic Technologist Eeg - Part Time

Responsibilities
This opening can by filled be a Neurodiagnostic Tech I, II, or III.
The CNP Technologist works in the neurodiagnostic laboratories performing any one or more of the following procedures: Electroencephalography (EEG), Epilepsy Monitoring unit (EMU). The technologist is responsible for complete and accurate patient preparation, data acquisition, providing a safe testing environment and must demonstrate competent skills and knowledge in one or more of these areas.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: Must achieve a National Registry certification in at least one of the neurodiagnostic procedures relative to the needs of the department within 2 years of hire.
Qualifications

Neurodiagnostic Tech I:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent, or Associates degree or higher, or an accredited school of END Technology.
EXPERIENCE: One or more years in Electro Neuro Diagnostic procedure testing (this includes clinical experience while attending formal END education).
CERTIFICATIONS: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Neurodiagnostic Tech II:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent, or Associates degree or higher, or an accredited school of END Technology.
EXPERIENCE: Two or more years in Electro Neuro Diagnostic procedure testing (this includes clinical experience while attending formal END education).
CERTIFICATIONS: Basic Life Support (BLS); Certification in one or more of the following: EEG, EP, NCS, CNIM, CLTM, CAP, PSG from an accredited society (AAET, ABEM, ABRET, etc.)
Neurodiagnostic Tech III:
EDUCATION: Associates degree or higher from an accredited school of EEG/NCS/EP Technology.
EXPERIENCE: Two or more year(s) performing one or more of electrodiagnostic procedures in EEG/NCS/EP/IOM/LTM.
CERTIFICATIONS: Basic Life Support (BLS); Certification in one or more of the following: EEG, EP, NCS. Plus, an additional certification in one of the following: CNIM, CLTM.
