OrthoCarolina is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Part-Time MRI Patient Services Specialist!

The MRI Patient Service Specialist greets and registers patients and verifies, reviews patient demographic and insurance information for accuracy, completeness, obtains patient signatures and copies of patient insurance cards. Collect copays and other self-pay balances at the time of service, providing patients with the appropriate receipt. The MRI PSS also oversees waiting area and coordinates patient movement to MRI unit. The MRI PSS answers phone, screens calls, takes messages and provides information in pleasant and helpful manner.

Additionally, availability to pick up additional shifts during the week on a PRN basis may be available.
