Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of 60+ hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and team members. We are currently looking to add a Network Administrator to our corporate team based in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate is someone that has in-depth experience administering enterprise level systems, a strong desire to learn new skills, and enjoys helping others. Delivering daily on Distinguished Hospitality™ that is what we expect of you, but we also expect you excel at the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot corporate and hotel networks, front-office / back-office systems and servers
  • Perform disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response testing
  • Perform regular system maintenance, firmware updates, and upgrades
  • Maintain software and hardware by conferring with vendors for support, evaluations, and maintenance contracts
  • Internal IT helpdesk support for the entire enterprise, which includes setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and tablets running Microsoft operating systems
  • Maintain, evaluate, and troubleshoot a multi-office network infrastructure
  • Keep systems documentation up to date, including network diagrams
  • Maintain and update Windows Active Directory / Azure / Office 365 environments
  • Maintain and update software licensing and hardware inventory
  • Work with the Stonebridge IT team and PCI compliance vendors on EDR / MDR solutions, monitoring software and next-gen firewalls to ensure all security issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Maintain and troubleshoot virtualized environments (ESXi and vCenter Server), VPN and remote access platforms
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good cross-team coordination and written/oral communication skills
  • Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Brocade, Ubiquiti network equipment
  • Experience administering (installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, monitoring, and maintaining) Windows server environments including LAN/WAN architecture
  • 5+ years of Network Administration experience (routing and switching)
  • Working knowledge of voice and data technologies
  • Experience working with VMware ESXi / vCenter Server
  • Service oriented mentality, high sense of ownership of the problems and requests assigned
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, and Group Policies
  • Flexibility to work after hours on IT related projects and incidents
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations both in CO and out of state as needed
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, IP Routing Protocols
  • 2+ years of Systems Administration experience
  • Experience with Ethernet and Fiber technology, cable testing, RJ45 terminations and cross connects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
  • Experience with enterprise backup hardware, software, and procedures
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience (Exchange and SharePoint)
  • Vendor specific technical certifications with Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • General office environment: sitting for extended periods of time may be required.
  • Minimal physical activity. May require handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds or standing and/or walking for minimal amounts per day.
