Job Description
National Sales Manager-EPSI


AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The four distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are:


EPSI– a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.


STM– a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes


FAST– a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.


SBM– a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.


Position Responsibilities


  • Manages marketing and margin.
  • Identify large OEM accounts.
  • Coaches territory managers
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Ability to travel
  • Accountability to hit budget numbers.
  • Travel with territory managers or on your own to win business an land new accounts.


Skills& Requirements


  • Experience with Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Bills of Materials
  • Collaborative Nature
  • Ability to follow data entry protocols
  • CRM experience
  • 3 to 5 years sales management experience
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Problem solving, strategic& analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Industrial sales experience
  • Accurate and thorough with repetitive tasks


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
