- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement national sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Experience with Salesforce software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- 5+ years of experience in national sales management in the Engineering industry or related field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
