Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the nation. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career advancement and growth.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and provide reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.


Qualifications


  • Experience with Salesforce software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • 5+ years of experience in national sales management in the Engineering industry or related field.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
