National Sales Manager Jobs

Melville Candy Corporation based out of Randolph, Massachusetts produces hard candy lollipops, chocolate treats and crispy marshmallow confections.We hand craft each confection in small batches and are able to create custom items to fulfill specialty requests. Some of our extensive selection includes:gourmet flavored lollipops, honey spoons, lobster lollipops, chocolate dipped stirrers, chocolate bombs and an extensive variety of seasonal and trendy collections. Melville Candy’s products are sold nationally and internationally and can currently be found in gift and souvenir shops, large scale retailers, specialty food & grocery stores, theme parks and marketing promotional companies.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage broker networks

Develop and manage key accounts

Develop and manager new accounts (organic growth that fits the product and margin requirements)

·Sample requests, quotes and costing

·Managing distribution channels

Tradeshow management

Travel to/from client meetings and tradeshows

Client facing on emails and phone calls

Qualifications

• Retail or candy experience preferred.Food/grocery/specialty/gourmet a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years' relevant experience
