Description: An esteemed beauty and skincare products company headquartered in the vibrant city of New York, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a senior-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and overseeing the management of our dedicated Sales Representatives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results. Collaborating closely with Account Coordinators, you will strategically plan our accounts for exponential growth while assuming the primary responsibility for cultivating relationships with new key accounts. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in representing our company at trade shows, effectively managing, and attending these industry events. Your invaluable contributions will be vital in achieving our overarching goals of increased sales and profitability.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in collaborating with major retail chain stores (e.g. WALMART, CVS, WALGREENS, COSTCO etc)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preferred experience in collaborating with major retail chain stores, as this will be considered a significant advantage in this role.
- Develop and implement innovative promotions, pricing structures, marketing campaigns, and sell through strategies to maximize market penetration and enhance brand visibility.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, challenges, and emerging trends within the beauty industry, effectively capitalizing on opportunities to maintain our competitive edge.
- Devise comprehensive strategies to further develop existing key accounts and successfully establish new accounts, driving exponential sales growth.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in sales analysis, utilizing insights to develop and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Generate analytically supported recommendations to enhance sales performance, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful decision-making processes.
- Formulate growth and distribution strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each of our esteemed brands, ensuring their continued success.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, enabling you to confidently engage and influence diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's strongly encouraged, but not required)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities without compromising on quality or attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint, allowing you to seamlessly integrate technology into your daily workflow
