Who You Are
Versatile and a consultative sales approach/style.
Ability to work with a diverse portfolio i.e., a pharmacy staff member who is responsible for all sales and marketing functions for the respective pharmacy, or the Pharmacist or Compounding Lab Manager who is responsible for all pharmacy purchasing decisions and product/service offerings.
Collaborate and partner with other PCCA departments to effectively optimize the way we engage with our clients regarding products and services and their overall impact to our business.
Utilize business intelligence tools in conjunction with a sales funnel to identify new areas of growth.
What you will Do
You will be working directly with Sales Leadership team and will be responsible for managing up to 200 unique client relationships with both new and legacy accounts within an assigned geographic portfolio.
You will have consistent one on one outreach to build client relationships, understand their goals, and align them with the necessary resources to achieve and guiding their adoption and success within their PCCA membership.
Along the way, you will get to know more about PCCA Clinical and membership offerings through an in depth, 7-week training program.
You will also continue to help your clients fully maximize all benefits and services. Most importantly, you will focus on maintaining market share and identify revenue opportunities to help us grow.
