Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Sr. Key Account Manager (KAM) focused on servicing ADLINK's existing and future clients within the Infotainment (casino gaming) industry. The ideal candidate will need to exhibit the ability to hunt and drive new opportunities. This candidate will manage existing/ new key accounts and be required to identify and review customer business requirements, product specification requirements, to coordinate and propose the corresponding ADLINK's product solutions in winning the business from OEM/ ODM customers. Customer centric and solution minded is imperative and act as good listener for understanding customers' business initiatives and capturing the customer's needs. This ideal individual will be able to identify, find a match to demonstrate ADLINK's core competencies and value proposition to OEM/ ODM clients. The Sr. Key Account Manager must have the ability to sell & service at the senior executive level (CXO) across all disciplines with focus on Engineering, Product Management & Operations within customer's organization.

Essential Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following):

  • Master Supplier Agreement (MSA) negotiation.
  • Create account plan to meet customer intimacy and facilitate the business objectives.
  • Calibrating ADLINK's Edge Visualization product offering and business resources to growth the business with key customers.
  • Create a list of target customer accounts with the focused fields in Infotainment (casino gaming) to promote ADLINK’s Edge Visualization product offering.
  • Act as primary business contact on behalf of ADLINK to the OEM/ ODM customers.
  • Present ADLINK medical products, business strategy and value proposition to key customers & partners.
  • Develop customer relationships and manage key account business portfolio.
  • Utilize ADLINK's business resources in Sales Operations, Marketing, Technical Program Management and working collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve your sale quota.
  • Building sales opportunity pipeline and overachieve on assigned sales quota.
  • Develop and execute customer penetration strategies and tactics that maximizes ADLINK's value proposition and product offering.
  • Prospect for new business with both new and existing key accounts with focus in infotainment related fields.



Job Requirements:

  • Experience selling gaming related products particularly for Casinos is a strong plus.
  • Professional, detail-oriented and coachable with polished verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • A successful track record of selling complex hardware solutions to OEM/ ODM customers.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability multi-task in a challenging environment and keep accurate pipeline and forecast updated for management.
  • A hunter mentality with proven track record of prospecting and closing new business at new accounts.
  • Highly competitive, ramp quickly and extremely adaptive.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter, team player, positive attitude and the ability perform with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Customer-centric, consultative and a passion for excellence in sales and service
  • Accountable and able to manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent training and/or experience working in the high technology industry with knowledge of essential market strategy planning.
  • 7+ years’ experience in presenting products, business strategy and value proposition to key customers & partners as well as possesses a solid sales track record.
  • Capacity to manage a mix of strategic and proactive account activities, having demonstrated the ability of uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new accounts.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:


  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional local travel to attend training or visit business contacts.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; regularly use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear; and doing things such as analytical work or reports, which requires focus, while utilizing a computer.
  • Must be able to operate general office equipment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
