About The Opportunity


  • Your role is to support mental health patients by helping with daily activities and assisting to provide therapeutic care
  • They’re a mental healthcare facility that provides a full range of mental health services to adults and children with serious and persistent mental illness
  • We are currently looking for a Mental Health Recovery Specialist to one of the most effective inpatient psychiatric facilities, located in Boston, MA


Mental Health Recovery Specialist Responsibilities


  • Assisting patients with daily tasks such as eating, bathing, and getting dressed
  • Document and keep patients’ records properly
  • Ensuring that patients follow treatment plans and take the necessary medication
  • Constantly monitor and supervise patients to ensure their safety within the facility


Mental Health Recovery Specialist Qualifications


  • Compassionate and patient
  • Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required
  • 1+ years of related experience
