About The Opportunity


  • They have a 16-bed acute in-patient unit, Case Management, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Adult Community Clinical Services
  • Our client is a well-known mental health center in Danvers, MA, and currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Health Worker to join their growing team
  • Supervised by the RN and LPN, you will assist them in providing direct care treatment for mentally ill clients


Community Health Worker Responsibilities


  • Accompany patients to various appointments or programs or treatment areas
  • Provides programmatic direct care services daily and assisting clients in learning the skills of daily living
  • Maintain patient records which may include daily reports, round sheets
  • Responsible for completion of housekeeping tasks


Community Health Worker Qualifications


  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Compassionate and patient
  • Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required
