Member Service Representative Jobs

Conway County Farm Bureau is looking for an upbeat and dependable person to serve as a Member Service Representative (MSR) in our office. We offer a friendly and professional work environment with an employee-centered company culture that is based on mutual respect.

Responsibilities

Our MSRs are responsible for greeting and assisting Farm Bureau members, answering multi-line phones, assisting agents (appointments, projects, scheduling, and prospecting), making changes to insurance policies, operating basic computer systems, collecting and processing insurance premiums, and contributing to a positive and productive office environment.

Typical Duties Include:

• Remaining up-to-date on Farm Bureau policies and procedures within scope of work.
• Assisting callers by taking claims, providing general information, and offering excellent customer service to policyholders and agents along with other callers.
• Interacting professionally and courteously with customers in phone and face-to-face situations.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with a wide variety of internal and external people.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Providing administrative support when and where needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in learning new software programs.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word) preferred.

Additional Details

• Paid Time Off
• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Starting salary $24,000, commensurate with experience
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
