Job Description
LOCATION: OPEN TO TAMPA, FL


Position Summary


(HILLSBOROUGH OR PINELLAS COUNTY PREFERRED)


This position directly effects Sales through consistent and timely coordination of events and group visitations. Tracks assigned events, ticket orders and fulfillment. Initiates and processes material orders. Ensures all are processed are completed efficiently and in a professional manner. Ensures successful client/guest service to support Sales team goals.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Solicit, negotiate and book new business opportunities within different market segments via telephone and outside sales appointments
  • Event Coordination planning and oversight for all Group Events in communication with Sales Director and Sales Team.
  • Creates weekly and monthly sales reports, competitor analyses, and ad hoc reports as requested by Sales Director.
  • Provides back-up support to other Sales Managers and Sales team as needed.
  • Works directly with sales channel segment as assigned by Director. Including but not limited to: Corporate, Members and Provider events.
  • Handles routine correspondence/mail, telephone coverage, area memos, training as needed, and maintain office supplies.
  • Participation in local networking events
  • Coordinates the development, production and distribution of events orders and promotional/collateral materials within approved guidelines to support sales department. Submit requisitions, proof, follow-up, pick up finished materials. Manages and organizes physical inventory of marketing materials.

  • Bilingual is a must
  • Must be patient in dealing with an elderly population and sympathetic to hearing or vision deficiencies

This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed indoors. Sits, stands, bends, lift, and moves intermittently during working hours.


Work schedule is approximate and hours/days may change based on company needs. All full-time employees are required to complete forty (40) hours per week as scheduled, including on weekends and holidays as needed.
