LOCATION: OPEN TO TAMPA, FL
- Solicit, negotiate and book new business opportunities within different market segments via telephone and outside sales appointments
- Event Coordination planning and oversight for all Group Events in communication with Sales Director and Sales Team.
- Creates weekly and monthly sales reports, competitor analyses, and ad hoc reports as requested by Sales Director.
- Provides back-up support to other Sales Managers and Sales team as needed.
- Works directly with sales channel segment as assigned by Director. Including but not limited to: Corporate, Members and Provider events.
- Handles routine correspondence/mail, telephone coverage, area memos, training as needed, and maintain office supplies.
- Participation in local networking events
- Coordinates the development, production and distribution of events orders and promotional/collateral materials within approved guidelines to support sales department. Submit requisitions, proof, follow-up, pick up finished materials. Manages and organizes physical inventory of marketing materials.
- Strong decision-making, analytical skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- High school graduate or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Valid drivers license
- Must be self-motivated, organized and have excellent prioritization skills
- Must be goal and result driven (ability to meet quotas)
- Excellent computer knowledge is required, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bilingual is a must
- Must be patient in dealing with an elderly population and sympathetic to hearing or vision deficiencies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible schedule in order to meet with events during non-business hours
- Attention to detail
- Data entry Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Events experience
- Healthcare – Medicare experience a must
- Must be able to work well under stressful conditions
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area and volume
- May be subject to hostile and/or emotionally upset members, family members, staff, visitors, etc.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Interacts with patients, family members, staff, visitors, government agencies, etc., under a variety of conditions and circumstances.
- Works in the field
- May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc. All employees are offered the opportunity to receive the Engerix Hepatitis B vaccination series.
