As an Event Manager, you will...


  • Meet with the marketing and sales leadership to review recommended trade shows
  • Track and manage budgets for each show
  • Travel and manage all on-site event operations at larger shows (a few a year)
  • Manage and develop relationships with multiple third parties and negotiate sponsorship opportunities and contracts
  • Research, track, and identify trade shows that we should participate in across the US and Europe based on a set of strategic priorities
  • Assist with press relationship building and story pitching to relevant third parties
  • Plan, project manage, and execute the entire trade show and conference process to ensure each show we attend has a strong brand presence and meets its goals
  • Other marketing-related duties as assigned by management
  • Generate reports and analyze each show's effectiveness and adjust future recommendations based on findings
  • Collaborate with content marketing and design to create compelling booth equipment, merchandise, email campaigns, and collateral
  • Manage the sourcing of merchandise and maintain inventory control of all items
  • Coordinate all logistics and shipping for each show
We are looking for candidates that have/are...


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent organization and project management skills required
  • Content marketing experience a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in event management, event planning, trade show management, or similar
  • Ability to travel when required (<20%)
  • General marketing understanding
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • PR experience is a plus
