Medical Receptionist Details


  • Obtaining & recording patient payments
  • Dermatological medical services.
  • Maintaining the patient waiting room along with the reception area
  • $ 16.00 / hour
  • Scheduling a variety of appointment types for multiple providers
  • Responsible for protecting patients' personal, financial & medical information
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
  • Contract to Hire position
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
  • Answering Phones & forwarding calls
  • Greeting patients in person


Medical Receptionist Qualifications


  • Dress code is business casual.
  • Excellent customer service skills in person
  • 1-2 years’ previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficient in general computer skills, data entry
  • Strong attention to organization & detail.
  • Strong ability to multi-task
