In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Medical Office Manager with OB/GYN, Pediatrics, or Family experience.

Work Locations: Bradenton & Sarasota, FL

As Part Of This Role, You Will

• Work in conjunction with the physicians and staff to supervise and be responsible for patient flow within the site
• Oversee, supervise, schedule, and evaluate medical office staff
• Support and ensure the patient experience through office flow, surveys, and patient interactions, and by exemplifying our team's customer service vision

What You Need To Bring To This Role

• Ability to connect with patients and help them feel at ease
• Previous experience in OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and/or Family setting preferred
• MCR Health is a drug-free workplace. All job applicants selected for employment are required to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Certified Medical Office Manager (e.g. CMOM) Certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Customer service focus to positively impact the patient experience
• 3+ years' experience in medical office management and staff scheduling required
• ***Note: 5+ years' commensurate experience will be accepted instead of a degree in addition to the experience noted below
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Experience with HEDIS measures and Joint Commission a plus
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with others
• Valid driver's license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and monitor operations required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, projects, and demands
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
