1 st Shift - Monday through Thursday 830am to 5pm; Friday 830am to 3pm; No Weekends!


Permanent employment after contract completion

  • Data entry and scanning files
  • Answer phones and greet guests/patients
  • Filing paper or electronic copies into the appropriate system

The Preferred Candidate Might Have


  • Above average typing speed
  • Previous Medical Office experience preferred
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams) knowledge and mastery
  • Calm nature required
  • Time management skills and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
