Medical Front Office Associate: $18.00 Per Hour!

Description:

We are looking for a Medical Front Office Associate that wants to be a part of this this amazing company. Beltone is an Hearing Aid company so, you will be helping patients that need to hear better. You are singly responsible for managing the front desk and running a smooth office flow with the Hearing Care Practitioner. We are retail medical sales because Hearing Aids need to be sold. Our patients are like family and we need employees that treat them as such. This is a rewarding position, so check out the ad and apply if you are the one.

Essential Functions

Medical Front Office Associate:

• Generating business opportunities and meeting daily goals in respect to this.
• Office cleaning, including vacuuming, light dusting, and sanitizing.
• Learning our technology and being comfortable doing so.
• Retail sales. There are accessories that go with the hearing aids.
• Attending Community outreach events.
• We have a training program if your experience is lacking in an area or two.
• This is a Customer Service position.
• Making outbound calls from our customer database to schedule appointments.
• YOU are responsible for managing the front area
• Insurance verifications.
• We welcome those in the, Hospitality Industry, Retail Industry and Direct Sales.
