As a new member of our engineering team, you will be working closely with project managers and project teams designing mechanical, plumbing and process systems – taking projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. You are early in your career with experience with mechanical, plumbing and process systems and looking for an opportunity to continue to grow - learning from professionals in project management, ensuring compliance, timely deliverables, and exceptional communication skills with clients and partners. How you’ll spend your days:

• Working closely with senior project managers ensuring every detail is attended to and the project is completed on time and on budget
• Creating simple and functional designs for remodels, additions, and new construction, using AutoCAD and Revit– plumbing, ductwork, HVAC, mechanical and process infrastructure
• Stretching yourself professionally – we’re a small, capable, and busy team!
• Authoring documentation at all levels (CAD, design, layout, promotional)
• Calculating heating and cooling loads, ventilation requirements, process pumping and heat exchange calculations using standard design practices

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Expert-level competency with Revit – extra points for experience with AutoCAD
• Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind – you thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift regularly
• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of professional experience designing HVAC or plumbing systems
• 100% hands-on engineer that can help create engineering systems and produce at the same time
• Desire to learn, take on more complex project designs and uphold our values
• Problem-solving ability, strong work ethic and pride of ownership
• Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Office, and Bluebeam
