To assist in the development of standard products including layouts, drawings and diagrams, BOM development and other engineering-related activities. Validation test specification development and manufacturing/production/validation test support. Build prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare design review documentation.
- Prototype designs. Computer input.
- Process jobs with little or no modification.
- Prepare standard product designs. (Drawings, BOM`s, etc.)
- Rotate through the plant`s different departments.
Travel: Limited as needed
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Duties require knowledge of Creo Parametric, AutoCad, Thermal and Structural Simulation knowledge & Office.
- BSME degree required with 0-2 yrs. experience, basic electronic theory is preferred, experience with autocad and standard electronic/electrical and mechanical symbols. Basic motor theory and experience with a Windows PC. Tools/Equipment: BaaN, Microsoft NT/Office, Autocad knowledge, Pro/Engineer (desirable), tools specific to engineering projects
