What You'll Be Doing
Develop the aggregate supply plan across our global supply chain to effectively deploy the operational and business strategy.
Execute supply planning processes at a global product family level, collaborating with different business units.
Play a crucial role in the annual budgeting and monthly projection processes, shaping the future of our organization.
Drive accountability and process improvements through performance metrics and targets.
Identify and create new critical resources, ensuring capacity and capability across the supply family.
Partner with our Demand Planning team to maximize the reliability of our Integrated Business Planning and overall supply chain.
Be a data steward for relevant data attributes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
What You Bring To The Table
A strong track record of influencing across all levels of an organization.
Experience in leading and managing projects, with exposure to multiple functions and businesses.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and adapt communication styles to different audiences.
Exceptional collaboration skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for making a difference and dedication to delivering the best results.
Requirements
A minimum of a BS or BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 6 years of business experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Planning, or IT Systems, preferably with experience in all three areas.
Additional certifications like APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and/or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are a plus.
Experience with Medical Devices and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Advanced Planning System (APS) is highly desirable.
