Position: Marketing Studio Coordinator

Contract: 5 Months + potential extensions

Location: Beaverton, OR - Hybrid Remote Schedule (3 On-site/2 Remote)

Desired Skills:

• Box -- someone who loves organizing content/files and can help the team become more accustomed to putting everything in one place (myself included)
• Keynote presentations
• Experience managing budgets
• 1-2 years of experience within a Marketing environment, mainly in an Operations capacity
• Strong communication skills, including capturing notes and helping team to define next steps
• Ability to own/lead meetings & smaller projects.
• AirTable expert -- how can we update our project flow and optimize?

Plusses

• Previous experience with Global Retailer or Agency

Day-to-Day

• Insight Global is looking for a Studio Coordinator for one of our largest retail clients in the PNW! This person will be remote, until they need to be onsite in the spring with this retail client. They will likely be onsite 3 days a week!
• This person should love organization and making sure that we are all staying on task and can also manage multiple workflows.
• We are looking for someone who can help to keep teams accountable with work back schedules, deliverables, and processes.
• Someone who is an expert (or at least willing to jump in and quickly learn) new technologies (specifically AirTable and Box).
