The Assistant Studio Manager will provide a concierge service to members and prospects and assist the General Manager with studio operations. COMP & BENEFITS:

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred

• This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Paid training REQUIREMENTS:
• Lead generation via grass roots marketing and networking
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Confident in ability to help others be the best version of themselves and achieve goals (personal and professional)
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit
