Digital Project Manager – Contract

• Location/Timezone:Remote. Chicago timezone (CST)
• Rate: $75/hour. Ongoing, long-term (10-15 hours a week)

The Digital Project Manager role will manage the full development lifecycle and delivery of web projects from discovery (UI/UX) to deployment/release on assigned digital projects.

You’ll be a key team contributor in ensuring projects are successfully delivered taking into account timeline, budget and technical constraints. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across digital strategy and production teams, managing resources and workflows, and assisting with process development and improvement.

Candidates for this position must have a track record of successful digital project management and delivery. You should be comfortable interacting with and speaking to all levels of the organization, able to focus on the smallest details and be able to develop effective project plans.

This role will require close collaboration with internal strategy, creative and account teams, as well as external development teams and partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee and maintain the project timelines and scheduled milestones (adjusting if needed)
• Support managing the project budgets and allocated hours with a goal of executing within scope and client-approved costs
• Manage overall workflow: Milestones, resources, deadlines and deliverables
• Help support the Client Service team in building a continuous relationship with client
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact in support of the Account team
