- Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
- Creates advertising assets.
- Develops, coordinates, and executes digital and new sales campaign initiatives from creation to implementation.
- Functions as a project manager and graphic designer for the writing, editing, design and production of all internal and external stakeholder communication.
- Directs Customer Relationship Management email campaigns.
- Creates, manages, and distributes yearly wellness communication plan and updated materials for DDKS and its subsidiary company.
- Collaborates with Innovation Lab to create compelling and effective advertising campaigns to help facilitate a successful product launch and ongoing product support.
- Collaborates with Communications team on development of project plans and timelines of project plans and timelines for events, promotions, and project completion.
- Ability to assess the business, identify opportunities, and promote growth.
- Manages and understands all aspects of a successful campaign.
- Manages digital analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behaviors.
- Manages the design/development, production, and distribution of promotional materials.
- Coordinates campaign lead generation tracking and follow-up.
- Gathers, analyzes, and distills campaign analytics, reporting and optimization recommendations monthly.
- Supports digital marketing goals and achievements.
- Participate in the development of strategic communications and advertising plans.
- Remains current with existing and emerging technologies.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable of website platforms and SEO tools/best practices
- Search Engine Optimization
- Google Ads
- Experience with all Microsoft Office products.
- Different paid ad mediums (including search, display, social, video)
- Knowledgeable of web analytics software (Google Analytics).
- Experienced with desktop publishing skills and publishing content on the web, including expertise with;
- A team player able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Able to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or related field required.
- Flexible and highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- A top-notch communicator, with excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.
