Marketing Manager, Food Service

Lypid is a deep-tech startup that is shaping the future of food. We are driven by the belief that people shouldn’t compromise on the experience and joy when eating meat alternatives. Our vision is to leverage our fat alternatives platform to make plant-based meat taste even better than animal meat. Our company is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to help us bring new products to the market. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, build our brand, and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategy, including messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and investors.
• Develop and implement product marketing plans that support the launch of new plant-based meat products to the food service channel.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and operations to identify market opportunities, develop messaging and positioning, and execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related field in the food or beverage industry.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing successful marketing plans and executing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Understanding of marketing technology and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
• Passion for sustainability, plant-based foods, and the food industry.
• Experience launching new products to the foodservice channel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
