Marketing Graphic Designer Jobs

We are seeking a well-rounded Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This role reports to the Marketing Design Lead, and will work closely with other design, marketing, photography and product development team members. Responsibilities for this role include the design of a wide variety of print and digital projects through conceptualization, ideation, and production.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong sense of visual design including composition, layout, information hierarchy, typography and color. We want an innovative thinker who can keep up with current design trends in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail, dedication to high-quality work, and a positive solution-based attitude are required.

Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace on multiple projects including, but not limited to, catalogs, promotional emails, web pages and content, trade show signage, and brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to fellow designers, as well as quality check peer design files for accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and marketing professionals to conceptualize & produce various internal requests.
• Work with product developers and brand managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Present and articulate design process effectively to reach desired end-result.
• Design a wide range of marketing collateral for our ten in-house proprietary brands.

Qualifications:

• Experience with HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Skilled in many types of design disciplines.
• Applicants who do not include an online portfolio will not be considered.
• Experience in pre-press production is a plus.
• Detail oriented, creative, resourceful, and a problem solver.
• 2+ years of related design experience.
• Must have a great online portfolio.
• B.A. or BFA in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
