Graphic Designer Jobs

RealCraft, a leading door and hardware manufacturer, is seeking a self-motivated Graphic Designer with a refined eye for design to join our team in Gig Harbor, Washington. We are looking for a creative individual who can effectively translate our minimal and elegant aesthetic across multiple platforms, capturing the essence of our handcrafted products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing email templates and visuals for marketing campaigns
• Create beautiful product catalogs, brochures, and other print materials
• Design captivating digital assets for our website, including banners, icons, and product images
• Develop clear and engaging installation manuals and instructional materials for customers
• Work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Copywriter, and Marketing Consultant to create new visual materials
• Design high-converting landing pages for promotions and lead generation
• Design professional business cards, letterheads, and corporate stationery
• Craft visually compelling ads for various online advertising platforms

Requirements:

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Open to feedback and adaptable during the creative process
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe design software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Proven graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, versatility, and aesthetics
• Team player with a professional demeanor

Plus, but Not Required:

• Video editing skills
• Experience in 3D product visualization
• Photography skills
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience working with an e-commerce brand
