We’re currently on the hunt for a talented Marketing/Admin coordinator for our south suburb’s client! This is a small, high-quality, and mighty women-led firm experiencing growth. This is an incredible opportunity to use your high-level organizational and project management experience with the leadership team. This 30-hour-a-week role includes benefits and is on-site most days in the south suburbs. Are you ready?
THE SKINNY:
This is s a critical role for our growing client. You’ll use your love and experience of supporting teams to assist marketing and sales to ensure marketing is delivered on time and on brand.
If you love organizing and assisting with all things marketing including timelines, content, objectives, priorities, and budget, this may be the role for you! This star will manage a variety of projects and contribute to the oversight of all marketing collateral, tradeshows, and sales events.
You’ll be the support needed to book travel plans, shows, calendars and events making sure everything is on time and on brand.
THE MUST HAVE’S
- Strong experience with Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- You thrive in sensitive and high-profile growing teams
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple competing deadlines with attention to detail.
- Willingness to be on-site a couple of days a week in the south suburbs
- Excellent customer service, love of relationship-building and collaboration across the company
- At least 1+ year’s experience supporting marketing and executives with accountability for delivering outcomes on time and on budget.
This 30-hour-a-week role has a salary of $40-$55K, depending on experience and includes benefits. No phone calls, please.
