- This position effectively directs integrated marketing programs in support of business goals, including market research, annual communication plans, product launches, lead generation, OMNI channel marketing, distributor programs, and brand building/stewardship. The design and execution of commercial programs will require the expertise and application of established practices, procedures and systems, along with new and emerging ones. The position is on point for delivering program goals, executed on time, on budget and defined by metrics that matter. Additionally, this position maintains close working relationships with Global Product Managers, Channel Marketers, internal Marketing Services team, Digital Center of Excellence, and external vendors and agencies to complete strategic and creative assignments efficiently and effectively.


Core Responsibilities -


  • Details program components, budgets and goal implications:
  • Drives open communication and translation of ideas between channel marketers, product managers and internal and external executional partners.
  • Ensures that brand teams’ briefings, direction, and brand plans are deployed and successfully executed.
  • Serves as first point of contact for internal and external teams regarding status/pipeline of executional deliverables.
  • Works with agencies, marketing and sales in developing “what if” models to predict forecasted volume and program ROI.
  • Directs program execution:
  • Ensures individual actions are consistent with safety standards and corporate policies.
  • Leads internal and external team to recommend program and budget adjustments during changes in budgets at the direction of Marketing.
  • Communicates and monitors budgets and material need for all components of commercial programs to internal and external resources.
  • Shares programs with Global partners and facilitates customization and translation required by region.
  • Facilitates the integrated process among external agency partners and internal design:
  • Provides plan milestones for timeline and resource management and is accountable to Senior Director, Marketing Services
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with all internal teams, including brand, digital, creative, and agency partners through trust, integrity and effective communication:
  • Serves as a resource to brand teams on the integration of creative executions.
  • Initiates confidentiality agreements, contracts, purchase requisitions, and other legal requirements.
  • Facilitates recapping of commercial programs including key learning applicable to future programs, driving best practices and integrated excellence.
  • Serves as a resource to partners to help improve process, allocate and prioritize resources and troubleshooting issues.
  • Serves as resource and repository of marketing research insights and leveraging them across programs.


Qualifying Experience -


  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • No environmental hazards indicated for this classification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Open to a hybrid or remote working environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo/Pardot), salesforce.com, PowerPoint and excel needed.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective research, organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (industry events, research, sales conferences)
  • Broad-based knowledge in business management and marketing is a requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, PR, journalism or related discipline required.
  • Prior experience with a company or agency in the controlled environment, cleanroom, life science, industrial or healthcare industry a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in the area of project management, collaboration, content strategy and development, creative management and execution, OMNI channel deployment, and program analytics.
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
