Job Description
Tasks
Position Overview
This position is responsible for developing, leading, and supporting the implementation of the Porsche Drive marketing strategy in the USA. The role will collaborate with colleagues within PFS, PCNA, PAG and PDI, as well as external partners, to successfully develop and implement Porsche Drive marketing strategies.
Marketing activities include developing and implementing a customer centric product marketing strategy, sales funnel management, hyper-targeted marketing communication execution, and dealer marketing tool design. Collaboration with internal resources to align events, partnerships, and sponsorships to drive customer lead generation.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work with the PCNA Public Relations Department to maximize Porsche Drive media exposure.
  • Manage Porsche Drive marketing budget to maximize ROI, while following internal processes to ensure spend is approved and appropriately allocated.
  • Design dealer marketing tools to support dealers with the execution of market launch and ongoing local campaigns
  • Manage ongoing customer persona, segmentation, and competitive analysis to direct strategy development
  • Define hyper-targeted marketing and communication strategies and work with vendors/channel owners to execute approved tactics.
  • Support Mobility Services Sales and Operations Managers and Area Marketing Managers with tools in support of localized in-marketing Porsche Drive marketing efforts
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion for the Porsche Drive product offering that achieves sales goals, KPI’s and supports product expansion.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting campaign and event performance metrics for refining go-to-market tactics and strategies, aimed at improving overall ROI.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • Master of Business Administration or other graduate degree preferred
Experience (Job And Industry)
  • Tested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging.
  • Minimum seven years of professional experience.
  • Experience in automotive, mobility services, or luxury field is a plus.
  • Experience in product market introduction and expansion.
Skills
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think entrepreneurial and thrive with a varying level of ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills based in Understanding customers' needs and behaviors.
  • Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration founded in strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations.
  • Proven planning, organization, and time management skills to meet fast-paced deadlines

Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to move about in the office to access office equipment, etc. Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally with management and co-workers.

This position operates in a hybrid environment. This role will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, scanners, etc.
