Job Title: Marketing Communications Lead
We are a leading provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services in the UK, operating since 1989. With over 600 surveyors nationwide, we offer invaluable local knowledge and nationwide coverage to our clients, including lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers. We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes well-known brands like Your Move and Reeds Rains.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Lead to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with our clients and encouraging them to promote our product, HomePlus, through engaging marketing campaigns, events, and sales support. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications to design and deliver external marketing campaigns for B2B and occasionally B2C.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with our partners to identify joint marketing opportunities.
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, email campaigns, and events to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships.
Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistent and accurate brand representation across all marketing activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
Manage the partner marketing budget.
Deliver regular reports on objectives and key results.
Essential Skills And Experience
Proven track record in translating strategy into meaningful marketing activities that drive brand awareness and engage a wide variety of stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and at least 4 years of marketing experience.
Experience in digital marketing, with expertise in email campaign automation workflows (experience with MailChimp is an advantage).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A creative mindset with a commercial focus.
Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills And Experience
Proptech or property sector experience.
Affiliate marketing/partnership marketing experience.
Recognized Qualifications In Marketing.
