Marketing And Social Media Specialist

We are fast growing Real Estate company that are looking for an up-and-coming marketer to help drive growth in our continuing education branch. As part of a global network, our education branch offers continuing education programs for dentist in the field of implant dentistry.

This is an exciting new position where you will help develop, execute, and monitor marketing efforts across various channels to increase brand awareness and promote our course programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create original content across all social media platforms utilized.
• Assist in the coordination of courses and events to build relationship with partners, and customers.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and content across different mediums (video scripts, blog posts, fliers, newsletters, e-books, white papers, case studies)
• Manage the digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Maintain and design e-mail campaigns to run customer programs and monthly newsletter.
• Create video content regularly, with a good understanding of video creation and editing.
• Drive social media campaigns and develop strategies to increase program attendance and brand awareness.
• Work with external partners and vendors to execute and coordinate marketing programs.
• Prepare reports of monthly and annual marketing performance.
• Plan, produce and create content for social media, website and blog to increase engagement with target audience and stakeholders.
• Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content, and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Coordinate and set up webinar and podcast opportunities.
• Collaborate with other internal and teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives both externally and internally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with strong command of writing and editing practices.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Strong experience and understanding of developing social media platforms and management of social media accounts.
• Ability to create content for multiple audiences and varying media, with variability in tone and style.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns and identifying key target markets.
• Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferable.
• Experience with email marketing, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Dental experience is a plus.
