You are responsible for

• May lead small projects, managing a small number of people
• Works on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis. The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts. •
• Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and (feasibility) studies.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Ability and desire to treat the production floor as the key customer.
• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Frequently interacts with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
• Fully qualified professionals who have advanced beyond entry level. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Has working knowledge of company products and services.
• 3-5 years of related experience

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN
