We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as the Manufacturing Quality Engineer.

The Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQE) is responsible for driving quality for the assigned manufacturing plant including quality system implementation. Own internal audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. The MQE will be a key contributor to the team and will lead continuous improvement for the plant and collaborate with all functions to enable flawless execution and an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross functional team investigations on Supplier Quality and Product Quality
• Support audits, customer visits/requests for information, factory acceptance tests etc.
• Drive Plant Quality performance metrics
• Implement process monitoring and data analysis for improvement,
• Prepare various quality report for management review
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Support for customer complaints and process discrepancy investigations
• Ensure effective implementation of product and process changes including New Product Introduction into production environment
• Ownership of production related non-conformance, including Containment, investigation, and implementation of sustaining countermeasures
• Maintain compliance of the production site to all applicable regulatory, company and quality standards
• Implement risk assessment and management of change in process
• Responsible for process compliance with quality policy and quality SOP
• Operationalize QMS policies/procedures/WI/control for production operations
• Prepare, compile quality procedure and working instruction
